# Contact SignalNine

> Book a free thirty-minute consultation or email inquiry@signalnine.io. What happens on the call, when calls run, and what to bring.

There are two ways to start. Book a free thirty-minute consultation, or email inquiry@signalnine.io with a few lines on whichever workflow slows down first when work picks up. On the call we walk through it together. If a system makes sense, I follow up with a written proposal covering the first system.

## What happens on the call

1. **You bring one workflow** Pick the one that slows down first when more work comes in: leads waiting for a reply, a kickoff rebuilt by hand for every new client, or status that someone has to chase.
2. **We walk it end to end** We follow it from what sets it off to who owns each step, which tools it touches, and where someone copies information from one place to another.
3. **I say what I would build first** If a system makes sense, I write it up as a proposal, with its scope and a fixed price agreed before any work starts. If it doesn't make sense, I tell you on the call.

## When calls run

Calls take thirty minutes and run on weekday mornings, Eastern time. Every open slot is on the booking page.

## What to bring

- The workflow, described the way you would explain it to a new hire.
- Roughly how often it happens, whether that is every lead, every new client or every week.
- The tools it touches, like the CRM, email, forms, project board or shared drive.
- Who does each step today, and where it tends to stall.

None of it needs to be written up first, and a rough description is enough. If you'd rather write first, send the same details to inquiry@signalnine.io.

## Questions

**Is the consultation free?**

Yes, it's free and takes thirty minutes. It's a working session on one workflow, and you owe nothing after it.

**Will there be a sales pitch?**

No. Most of the call goes to your workflow, and if I don't think a system is worth building, I'll say so. When one is, the proposal arrives afterwards in writing, so you can read it in your own time.

**Do I need to prepare anything?**

Only the workflow you want to look at and a rough sense of how often it runs. A list of the tools involved helps, but nothing needs to be documented first.
