# n8n template library for service businesses

> Every workflow template I have ready to show for service businesses, with its stage and how far it has been tested. None is offered as a download yet.

These are the n8n workflow templates I have ready to show for service businesses, each with its stage and how far it has been tested. Four have a system page. No download is offered yet. Each export has to pass an import test first, and one still waits on a fix to how it handles an unanswered approval.

I build each system as a template that can be set up in another business's accounts. Each one comes with a setup guide and a written record of what has been tested and what has not. This library lists every one that is ready to show, including two that have no system page yet.

*Diagram: Built, logic-tested, connector-tested and production, lowest to highest. No template has reached production, because none runs for a client yet.*

## Every template, by stage and status

| Template | Stage | Status | System page | Download |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Inquiry desk | Convert | Built, running on SignalNine's own inbox since 2026-09-07 | Yes | Not yet |
| Lead to reply | Convert | Connector-tested | Yes | Not yet |
| Data intake sync | Maintain | Connector-tested | Yes | Not yet |
| Client launch | Deliver | Built, run on test workspaces | Yes | Not yet |
| Explainable lead score | Convert | Built, never run | None yet | Not yet |
| CRM to email sync | Maintain | Built, dry run only | None yet | Not yet |

Acquire, the stage where new leads first find you, has no template ready to show yet.

## Why there are no downloads yet

Before I offer an export, it has to import into an empty account and run cleanly there, and none has been through that test yet. The lead to reply export also waits on a fix to how it handles an approval nobody answers. When I tested that case live, the lead was dropped with no alert. That export stays off this page until the fix passes a live test of its own.

## Questions

**Will a template work with the tools I already use?**

Each template is built for one set of tools, such as HubSpot, Gmail and Telegram for lead to reply. Moving one to other tools means swapping those connections and testing them again, so the new version earns its own label.

**Why is the inquiry desk labelled built when it is already running?**

The label describes the template I would hand over, and that template still waits on my final checks before handover. The working version has run on SignalNine's own inbox since 2026-09-07. No client has it installed.

**Is any template running for a client?**

Not yet. Production on the ladder means running for a client on the client's own accounts, and no template has reached it.
