About Mashrur Rahman, founder of SignalNine
I'm Mashrur Rahman, founder of SignalNine. I design and install business systems for service businesses that want to grow without adding proportional headcount. I start with the workflow, then pick the tools. Before SignalNine, I built enterprise workflow systems as a senior engineer. On a call, you talk to the person who maps and builds the system.

I run SignalNine, and I build business systems for service businesses that want to grow without adding proportional headcount. That means the lead handling, follow-up, onboarding, delivery and reporting work that still moves only because someone carries it from one tool to the next.
Most automation freelancers start with the tool. I start with the workflow, because automations usually fail when the process is unclear, the data is messy, or the system needs real logic. So before I build anything, I map who does each step, where the information comes from, and where someone types it in twice.
My engineering background helps when the automation needs more than basic app-to-app connections. That is where most of the useful work sits: rules specific to the business, checks before anything goes out, and a step where a person approves what matters.
Before SignalNine
I was a Senior Engineer who worked with Meta and helped deliver enterprise systems for BMW, Apple, AT&T, and other major brands.
In that enterprise work, I built workflow systems that recovered an estimated $676K a year in delivery capacity. One cut offer launches from 3 working days to a few hours. Another, a shared release validation dashboard, reduced QA time by 60%.
Those systems stay with the companies they were built for, and nothing from them is reused here. What carries over is the habit of finding the repeated step first.
Where SignalNine is today
SignalNine has no clients yet, so there is no client work to point to. The proof today is the enterprise work above, plus systems I run for my own business. The inquiry desk is one of them, and it has run on SignalNine's own inbox since 2026-09-07.
Who you talk to
On a call, you talk to me, and I'm the one who maps the workflow and then builds the system. Nobody hands you over to an account manager halfway through.
Questions
Who will I work with?
Me, Mashrur Rahman. I map the workflow, build the system and write the handover docs myself.
What did you do before SignalNine?
Before SignalNine, I worked with Meta and helped deliver enterprise systems for BMW, Apple, AT&T and other major brands. Most of it was internal tools, launch workflows and validation dashboards for large delivery teams.
