Comparisons
These pages help an owner choose between two or three ways of getting the same job done. Each one opens with a criteria table, then shows where every option falls short, then names a pick for each situation. I build business systems for service businesses, and I say so wherever that bears on a pick.
Each comparison is written for the owner who pays for the tool and lives with it once it's running. Prices and plan limits come from the vendors' own pages, each listed with the date I read it, because they change often.
- n8n vs Zapier vs Make: which should a service business run on?What each one bills for, who can change a workflow, what happens when a step fails, and where n8n, Zapier and Make each fall short for a small service firm.
- Should I hire an operations coordinator or install a system? What an operations coordinator costs a year, set against installing a system: where each one fails, and which to pick first when your agency is growing.
