Tools that run on your own numbers
Each tool here runs on the numbers you type in, and none of them fill your figures in with averages. Every page shows its formula and a worked example, so you can check the math. Together they answer three questions: what coordination costs you each year, where leads leak before they become clients, and what slow replies put at risk.
How these tools work
- Every starting value is an example. Replace it with your own figures and the result updates when you submit.
- Each page writes out its formula, and any outside figure it uses is named with its source and the date I read it.
- No tool asks for an email or a call before it shows you the result.
- What does coordination cost your business each year?Turn your leads, proposals and active projects into the hours your people spend coordinating each month, and what that time costs you in a year.
- Where do your leads leak?Twelve yes or no checks across the four places a lead dies: never recorded, answered, followed up or closed out. See your worst leak and what closes it.
- What do slow replies to leads cost you?Multiply your leads, the value of a won client, your close rate and your own estimate of leads lost to slow replies to see the revenue at risk.
Questions
Are these tools free?
Yes. No sign-up and no email address.
Do the results promise a saving?
They show what the current way of working costs, based on what you enter. What a system would change depends on the work itself, and that is what I look at with you on a free consultation.
