Changelog: what changed, what got proven and what broke
This is the dated record of SignalNine's public work. It lists new pages and tools, proof added to a system page, fixes, and incidents, which are failures I found in my own systems, recorded in my notes when they happened and dated to that day. The same list is an Atom feed for a feed reader.
Every change, newest first
| Date | Kind | What happened |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-10-06 | Site | Two templates can be downloaded free. Lead to reply and data intake sync are on the template library as files you can import into your own n8n account. The page says how each was tested and what that left out, including that the lead to reply fix has only waited out a one-minute limit so far. |
| 2026-10-06 | Tool | Share a tool result by link. Five of the tools now have a button that copies a link to your result, so someone else opens the same page with the same answer. The link carries only what you typed into that tool. |
| 2026-10-06 | Tool | A free tool scores your own leads. Load a list of your leads and each one gets a score from a few plain rules on company size, country and job title, with the sum shown for every row. Your browser reads and scores the file, and it is never sent anywhere. |
| 2026-10-06 | Site | Pages on the coordinator roles agencies hire. Five pages cover the operations, project, sales, client onboarding and account coordinator roles. Each one lists the duties public job postings ask for and marks which a system can run and which stay with a person. |
| 2026-10-06 | Site | This changelog has its own page and feed. Dated notes on what changed, what got proven and what broke now live on one page, newest first. The same list is an Atom feed you can follow in a feed reader. |
| 2026-10-06 | Site | Your AI assistant can use this site. A new page shows how to add this site as a connector in an AI assistant. The assistant can then search and read every page, run the calculators on your own numbers and hand you the booking link. It only reads, so it can't book or send anything. |
| 2026-10-06 | Fix | The approval fix is on my own running copy too. The fix for an approval nobody answers now runs on my own copy of lead to reply as well. A failed card send now stops the run and goes to its error workflow. No real approval has timed out on it yet. |
| 2026-10-05 | Fix | Found why an unanswered approval dropped a lead. I found the cause and wrote a fix into the copy of lead to reply that I would install for a client. In a test, the real approval step waited out a one-minute limit and passed the lead on. No run has waited out the full day yet, and my own running copy still has the defect. |
| 2026-10-05 | Site | The booking page asks four optional questions. They ask how you heard about SignalNine, and for rough monthly counts of inquiries, proposals and projects in flight. Every one is optional, so booking a call still takes one step. |
| 2026-10-05 | Site | The privacy page is live. It says what the site keeps when you use a form, a tool or the booking page, why, how long I keep it, and how to see or delete it. Until this page went live, the site's forms and tools stored nothing. |
| 2026-10-05 | Tool | Three new free tools. One gives the rule that spots a duplicate contact, from the ways leads reach you. One steps through what a failure alert should say, line by line. One checks whether your proposals fit the hours you have. |
| 2026-10-05 | Proof | The inquiry desk replied to a lead from outside SignalNine. I sent the live desk a test lead from a Gmail address outside SignalNine. It drafted a reply, I approved the card on my phone, and the reply went out to that address. |
| 2026-10-05 | Site | signalnine.io is live. The site went public with its system pages, bottleneck guides, comparisons, glossary and free tools. Each system page says what is proven and what is not yet. |
| 2026-09-19 | Incident | An unanswered approval dropped a lead. In a live test of the lead to reply system, I left an approval card unanswered for its full wait. The lead was dropped with no record and no alert. I logged it as a failure, and the lead to reply page lists it. |
| 2026-09-13 | Proof | A price I give the inquiry desk reaches the draft. A price I give it goes in, named on the card. A price nobody gave it is still stopped by its rules check. |
| 2026-09-07 | Proof | One approval sends one email. On the inquiry desk, five approve presses landed on one card within 2.2 seconds, and one email went out. |
| 2026-09-07 | Proof | The inquiry desk runs on my own inbox. From this day the inquiry desk has screened the emails that reach SignalNine's inbox, drafted replies and held each one for my approval. It has not been installed for anyone else yet. |
What counts as an incident
An incident is a failure I found by running a system I built. It stays on this list after it is fixed, and the system's own page keeps the weak point listed until a test shows it closed.
If you use a feed reader, the same list is at the changelog feed.
